It is not so much a psychological test, but more an inventory and measure of the different resources people have.
By completing this questionnaire you can find out valuable information about your resources and how you can use them.
When completing the questionnaire, think of typical everyday situations - at work and at home. There are no 'good' or 'bad' results, but individual strengths and re-sources.
The profile is of most use to you if your answers are honest and realistic.
 

You will find a list of behaviours and attributes and you should evaluate each one on how true they are for you.
